[Letter, 1673 Dec. 17, Boston, New England [to] Right Honourable / Edward Rawson.

The letter is written by Rawson as the Secretary of the Massachusetts Bay Colony and concerns the boundaries of the Massachusetts Colony as granted by the King. Rawson was the first Secretary of the Massachusetts Bay Colony (1650-1686). He was born in Dorset, England; he married Rachel Perne before coming to America.
